1 Bedroom Cottage in Copper Harbor

This is the small cottage at 385 Brockway. It has a deck and is on the water. One bedroom, small kitchen, small dining area and sitting area.
This house has one queen bed, one small sofa sleeper. I am open to having more than 2 people use the house but please clear it with me first. It is really only suitable for a couple or a small family.
This cottage is immediately next door to my other rental in Copper Harbor. And is located at the corner of 4th street and Brockway Ave, which is the street that runs along the water.
Only Saturday-Saturday rentals during the summer. Please contact the management for other dates. Thanks.

Summary: We will be staying again. The little bungalow was well equipped with all your needs. Would like to see a screen door on the front so you can hear the water. Oh, the view was picturesque. Loved it!

Summary: The small cottage could use some updating to the bathroom. Lots of spiders on the porch and also inside of the cottage. No washer and dryer. Wonderful view of the water. Walking distance to everything in town.

Summary: Great location and beautiful views. Just beware that there is limited cell phone service. Also Direct TV never came out to fix outage all week in spite of attempts by owner & caretaker. Otherwise the cottage is just as advertised.

Summary: It was a nice little place on the harbor, the perfect size for two people. Erin, the property manager was great, and helped with any of my questions.

Summary: The property was awesome, you can sit in the living room and watch the freighters go by. The bakery next door is next level. The dock and small rock beach are great for fishing or just digging through the rocks. Will be back to stay again.

Summary: This small cabin on Lake Superior gave us a great view of a storm with 50 mph winds. It was very cozy, wind disrupted tv connection but we brought our books and hunkered down. Nature evident around us. Erin the local manager was very helpful. Phil the owner never responded to a VRBO question I sent him. All in all, a great time even as off-season as it was. Thanks!
